MORE ABOUT ALEXA

A native of Nahant, Alexa also lived there for 12 years before moving to Marblehead in 2016 to be closer to her children’s school. An ardent renovator, Alexa and her husband have gutted and renovated two Nahant homes, built a new home in Marblehead and renovated a lakeside investment property in NY. Her knowledge of renovating, building, architecture, interior design and navigating zoning/planning boards aids buyers as they may consider customizing their new home.

After graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Alexa enjoyed a successful career in Marketing on both the agency and client sides, working on food and beverage branding programs for Landor Associates in San Francisco and retail design at Chase Design in Skaneateles, NY. Later she managed and grew product lines at wine.com in Napa and consulted for Anchor Steam Brewery in San Francisco. She is data driven, and loves to find hidden real estate opportunities for buyers, while uncovering the captivating and differentiating factors that solidify a marketing strategy to maximize upside for sellers. She’s passionate about showcasing a home’s truest story and essence, as well as educating buyers on how a home can harmonize their needs and vision.

Alexa has abundant affection for Nahant, Marblehead and Swampscott (where she attended high school) and is eager to share the differentiated presence and offerings of Engel & Völkers, By The Sea to this treasured area. Intuitive and innovative, Alexa has always aligned with those who think differently and creatively.

When Alexa isn’t scouring real estate data for latest trends in her free time, you can find her walking in the woods, skiing, meditating, traveling, researching local history, reading non-fiction on immune health and alternative healing, managing Tower School’s Fall Family Weekend or renovating!!
