More About Devlyn

In 1994, Devlyn began her real estate career on Nantucket Island at Island Properties, where she was the office manager and administrator for 2 years, assisting the office's 10 agents. After moving to the mainland and a short break from real estate to pursue her college major of accounting, Devlyn returned to real estate and became licensed in 2000 with a focus on the beautiful coastal village of Marblehead, MA for the next two years. We are pleased to have Devlyn as an important part of our Engel & Völkers By the Sea family, consistently one of our top producers, year after year. Devlyn has been a part of the Beverly Farms community for 20 years and has enjoyed being a full time sales agent here for nearly seven of those years. She specializes in Beverly, Beverly Farms, Prides Crossing, and Manchester, and firmly believes that it is a necessity for an agent to know their community well in order to truly serve her clientele. As a member of the community, Devlyn has served as co-president for the Beverly Farms/Prides Mother's Club, raising money for the local libraries and women's shelters. She had served as President of the Parents' Association of her children's elementary school from 2004-2008, Board of Trustees for 2 years, and sat on multiple committees. She has helped raise millions of dollars for the school's faculty and student enrichment programs, as well as for financial aid. With 14 years experience buying and selling homes and being involved passionately in her community, she is a pillar of the Engel & Völkers By the Sea team. Over the past 15 years, Devlyn has bought and sold 8 homes of her own with a track record of achieving significant returns with limited days on the market. With a sophisticated understanding of the local real estate market, Devlyn guides her clients through the exciting process of home buying and selling.
